The Get Ready Venture Program is a 12 week intensive training program for WOC business owners to acquire the needed training, mentorship, knowledge, and skills needed to gain access to capital.

Ally Bank and Fearless Foundation will select 50 WOC business owners to participate in this training cohort.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a WOC to participate in program.

  • Participant must commit to 12 weeks in the program

  • The business must be operating and generating revenue (no minimum amount of

    time in business required)

  • Must be a business operating either in the CPG or Technology industries (see definition below)

    • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Company: items used daily by average consumers that

      require routine replacement or replenishment, such as food, beverages, clothes, tobacco,

      makeup, household products, etc.

    • Technology Company: focus on the development and manufacturing that uses leading

      edge scientific and technological knowledge systematically and continuously to produce new

      goods or services with high added value.
